While driving on the highway, we were behind a truck that was dripping liquid that sprayed onto our windshield. I used the wipers to remove the moisture, but when the glass was dry there were hundreds of tiny white spots on the glass. When we got home, I tried window cleaner, alcohol and acetone, but nothing worked.

I drove the car to the Spindle City Glass location in Fall River and told the owner, Rich Manuels, my story, including the fact that his staff had replaced this same windshield about a year ago.

After looking at the spots, Rick tried every glass cleaner that he had. When it seemed that he had removed the spots, and I started to drive the car out of the garage, as soon as the sun hit the windshield, the spots could be seen as bad as before. Rick then sprayed on a liquid that seemed to draw moisture out of the spots. He spent quite a while rubbing the chemical into the spots and, finally, the spots were gone.

Rick was tremendous,, spending an hour to finally solve the problem, which, he admitted, he had never seen before. All this at no charge. This was customer service that is not seen today.

I highly remommend Spindle City Glass to anyone needing auto glass service. They will be my go-to for all window glass needs.

I had a broken hatchback window on my Ford Edge. I had brought my vehicle to a glass company suggested by my insurance company. They screwed up it up to the point they refused to work on it. Two other places couldn’t fix it. Spindle City was recommended. The entire staff was friendly and professional. It took longer, but they did a great job. I was absolutely impressed.

I recently had a windshield replaced and my car detailed today. I was very satisfied with services. Owner was quite helpful to me. I would not hesitate to return in the future.

Good work isn’t cheap, cheap work isn’t good. Highly recommend spindle city. Mind you I waited a full week before leaving this testimony the window tinting looks AWESOME and is curing great. Just follow their direction you won’t regret it!

Twice in the past four months Ive needed a new windshield on my car and both times Rick and John took good care of me. I didn’t even have an appointment this last time. They drive me to work and a few hours later they bring my car to me all ready to go. I recommend them.

Brought my car there to be tinted was done to perfection but my window had a interior problem that would have prevented me from rolling down the window with out scratching tint. The manager there called me in the next day and asked me to leave my car he then fixed my problem that had completely nothing to do with him just because he tinted my windows and wanted me to be able to enjoy.
